Check-in runs from 14:00 to 23:00 and check-out is before noon, both available contactless. Late check-in is subject to availability, the minimum check-in age is 18, and a government-issued photo identification along with a credit card, debit card or cash deposit may be requested at arrival for incidental charges.

Children are welcome, with free cribs available on request and rollaway or extra beds at EUR 35 per stay; pets are not allowed. Continental breakfast is served from 8:00 to 11:00 at EUR 15 per person, and nearby offsite parking costs EUR 24 per night. The property accepts credit cards, debit cards and cash, although cash transactions cannot exceed EUR 1000 due to national regulations.
